Why pay when scam warnings are free?
Warnings give you the rule. The Handbook gives you the procedure: the exact words, the order of the calls, the printable sheets. Someone read 77 official pages so you don’t have to, and every claim tells you where it came from.
Will this get back money I already lost?
No book can promise that, and anyone who charges to recover money is running the second scam. Part III covers what your bank can and cannot do; Part IV shows how the recovery scam works.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. It passes on official guidance and names the source. Your bank and the agencies decide.
Is it a physical book?
